Product Delivery:

Orders will generally be shipped via UPS (however a few items select may be shipped FedEx, you can refer to the product description for these items). The shipping charges will be calculated in the checkout process for you automatically. Currently we only ship to United States addresses.

Shipping Times:

Generally it will take under 24 hours for an order to be processed. Then, depending on the size and contents of the order, it will generally ship via UPS or USPS ground. This usually takes anywhere from 8 to 12 business days.

Return Policy:

On items bought from this website there is a 30 day sataisfaction guarantee against defective items. Your account will be credited back the purchase amount upon receipt of the defective item. Please email support@hwtshops.com to begin the return process, or with any other issues. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse shipping costs.
